RATES AND PRICING

First We Do a Ball Park (Initail) Estimate

Basic Remodel or Addition
Around $100 to $150 per square foot of space remodeled. You may choose to do some of the finish remodeling work yourself, such as painting, etc.

Standard Remodel or Addition
Around $150 to $200 per square foot.

Deluxe Remodel or Addition
Around $200 to $500 per square foot.

Terms
For most remodeling and addition jobs, progress payments are made each Wednesday covering what was completed that week. A down payment and start up payment is required on all remodeling and addition jobs.
